Help build a girl’s future…

In Pri chochma we help each girl excel in the areas they can....

           Pri Chochma
A High school, for girls who struggled with standardized, formal learning and who had been rejected from school after school and were sitting at home facing a bleak future….

Our Goal is to give those girls hope, happiness and build them a successful future!

A school that believes in these young ladies and their tremendous talents is something very new.

A school that provides an enriched educational program, perfectly adapted and tailored to each girl’s needs is new.

A school that understands that they should not be deprived of an authentic, warm, and professional Yiddishe education is new.

A school that is geared to raising their self –esteem and putting a constant smile on their faces is new.

Here are what they say about our girl's

I used to be embarrased going out with my daughter. Especially going to Simchas! She would seat next to me, her head lowered down, not looking up, not talking. Today, after a year in "Pri Chochma" not only she seats normally and associates with the sorounding, when we got to weddings she is the one leading the dancing!

I started 9th grade in a different High school. At firs it was allright. I somehow managed and I had friends. But then started the test. I failed them all! But not only did I fail the test, the girls in class started looking down on me. I whent through embarrasing days, I used to lock my self up in the bathroom during recess not able to stay in class feeling the dumbest! Now, after i moved to "pri chochma" I feel so good with my self. I have so many talents and I succeed in all subjects! I have friends, I'm loved and the Menahalet and Teachers appricates me for who I am and give me so much strength to continue in life with all the hardships I'm going through.

"She doesn't know how to read! She has been pulling the wool over our eyes for years. That is what they used to say about me," says H. "I had the chills going to school. Here I am telling the principal and the teacher without shame. Because here they don't only see my problems, my inability to read. Here I am so much more. Here I come alive, Here I am worth something, I can shine!
